Cake-
2 cups flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 cup butter, softened
2 eggs
8 oz sour cream
1 tsp salt
1 1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
Mix and pour half of it into a greased bundt pan.
3 Tbsp sugar
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Mix cinnamon and sugar and put on batter in pan (sometimes I do more because this is the yummy part.) Pour the rest of the batter on top. Break at 350 for 35-40 minutes.
Whipped Cream-
2 cups whipping cream
3/4 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp vanilla
Whip until stiff. Serve cake warm with whipped cream on top.
