Omelets in a bag

This is a fun thing to do for breakfast when you are camping. Take a quart size freezer Ziploc bag, crack 2 or 3 eggs in it, then add 2 or 3 Tbsp milk. Then shake some salt or pepper into the bag, then add whatever you like in omelets. Precooked sausage, bacon, ham, shredded cheese, onion, etc. Add anything you like. Squeeze the air out of the bag and squish the ingredients around until mixed (the kids love this part). Place the bag inside of another freezer Ziploc and let the air out. Now put your double bagged eggs into a large pot of gently boiling water in about 10-15 minutes you will have a really yummy omelet. You can put several bags in the pot at once. I had my doubts, but this worked really well and was fun. Also we had no yucky egg pan to clean up after we were done.
