Lorenzo's Pasta

Penne pasta
1 jar Alfredo sauce (or make your own)
2 generous Tbsp butter (can use generous amount of butter flavored cooking spray)
1/2 of each: red, yellow, and orange peppers, chopped
1 small onion, diced
1 pound ground sausage, browned and drained, (can substitute chicken tenders)

Brown sausage in a large skillet that has been sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Drain grease from sausage and return to pan. Add Alfredo sauce and heat on low. In a separate skillet, saute the bell peppers and onion on low until softened but firm. Keep skillet covered except to stir vegetables. Meanwhile, boil pasta al dente. Then add the vegetables to the sausage and Alfredo sauce skillet. Serve tossed with pasta and topped with sprinkled Parmesan cheese. Serves 6
