2 large/40 oz tins well drained sweet potatoes
1/2 cup milk
2 eggs
1/2 to 3/4 cup margarine, softened
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
TOPPING:
1 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup flour
1/3 cup margarine, softened
1 cup pecans, chopped
Mix potato mixture together with electric mixer. Spread in buttered 9x13 inch casserole dish. Bake 350 degrees for 1-1 1/2 hours after crumbling over top the topping mixture, made by combining the topping ingredients. Serves 6-8
