Zucchini and Cream

2 med. size zucchini
3 Tbsp butter
1 small onion
1/2 c sour cream

Saute the zucchini and onion in the butter. Once done, when zucchini and onion are clear-ish, add the 1/2 c sour cream. Stir and enjoy!!
