1/2 cup Libby's pumpkin
1/3 cup brown sugar
1 large egg
2 large eggs whites
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
1 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking cocoa
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground allspice
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
1/3 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
cream cheese frosting
Combine pumpkin, sugar, eggs, egg whites, and oil. Mix well with mixture. Add flour and all dry ingredients till smooth. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes. Bake in sprayed 8 or 9 inch square pan. When cool, ice with cream cheese icing.
